Obituary of Claudia Ek

Claudia Ek of Duluth, MN passed away peacefully on Sept. 26, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

She was born on June 3, 1943 in Duluth and graduated from Central High School. She married Robert Ek on November 12, 1960.

She is survived by her husband Bob, her children Rob (Robin) of Bemidji, Reina (Bill) Orebaugh of Bellevue, NE, Tim (Amy Fullerton) of Duluth, grandchildren Tyler and Sarah of Bemidji. She spent her career as a homemaker and worked in the Duluth Public Schools with children. She loved spending time with her family, the outdoors, and enjoyed watching sporting events.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 1st  at  9am with  funeral service following. First Memorial Chapel, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth. Burial at Bethany Cemetery in Hermantown.
