Obituary of Lynne Booker

Lynne D. Booker, 69 of Duluth died September 4, 2020 at Benedictine Health Center.

Lynne was born January 1, 1951 to Gene and Beverly (Hoyum) Look. She attended Hermantown schools graduating in 1969 and continued her education receiving her LPN from Duluth Area Institute of Technology in 1970 and then her RN from WITC in 1984. Lynne worked as a LPN/RN for Essentia Health for nearly 40 years retiring in 2013.

Lynne enjoyed planting flowers every spring, knitting, reading, shopping, baking and most importantly her beloved dog, Claire.

She is survived by her sisters, Wendy (Michael) Lonetto, Connie (Jerry) Gustofson; sister in law, Cherri Sykes; nieces and nephews, Matthew (Anita) Archambeau, Sara Nelson (Jim Karnas), Brenda (John) Morrow, Adam (Kacey) Gustofson, Ryan ( Jamie) Gustofson, Dana Gustofson, and Alexa Sykes; many other great and great-great nieces and nephews including her special Goddaughter, Caitlin (Aaron) Olson.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Beverly; brother, Todd Look; and niece, Carrie Gustofson.

Due to Covid-19 there will be a small reception Saturday, Sept. 12th from 10am-Noon at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth. Masks are required.
