Obituary of Garry William Ruotsalainen

Garry W. Ruotsalainen, age 67, of Proctor, died Saturday, July 25, 2020.   He was born July 2, 1953 in Moose Lake. 

Garry graduated from Moose Lake High School and was employed at Azcon Corporation for many years in Duluth.  Garry loved spending time at his shack in Automba;  whether it was four wheeling on the trails, deer hunting or just hanging out with friends & family.  He enjoyed going to the Lakehead Harvest Reunion & tractors, his Harley Davidson and most of all, he cherished his three grandchildren. 

He is survived by his sons, Jody (Tracy) Ruotsalainen of Duluth, Ray (Jamie) Ruotsalainen of Proctor; grandchildren, Shelby Ruotsalainen, Lucas and Logan Ruotsalainen; his friend and former wife, Dollie Ruotsalainen; other family members and close friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 from 10 am until 12 Noon at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave. Because of the Pandemic, we need to remember to social distance, and face masks are required.
