Obituary of James Rojas

ROJAS, James, age 76, of Rice, formerly of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2020 surrounded by family.  Preceded in death by his parents, Gavino “Jack” and Panfila Rojas; brother, Raymond Rocha; the parents who raised him, Gloria and Ralph Rocha. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 40 years, Sandra Rojas; children, Juan (Loretta) Rojas, Ricardo Rojas, D.A. Rojas, Deb Rojas, Jay Rojas, Desi Rojas, Theresa Rojas, Travis (Terese) Rojas, Anthony Rojas; grandchildren, great grandchildren; sisters, Gloria, Coco, and Maria; aunt, Tillie; many relatives and good friends.  Jim lived for hunting and fishing with his sons, grandsons and friends.  He enjoyed cooking his favorite Mexican dishes with and for his family.  He had the best moments telling stories, joking and sharing a smile.

Celebration of Life 4pm Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park with visitation from 2:30PM -4pm before the service starts.  Refreshments will be served in the reception room during the vistiation.  In lieu of flowers, family will accept donations for his favorite charities.
