Memories of sleepovers, cutouts, Barbies, cream cheese chocolate cake, and round steak are some of the things I remember about Alice. But most of all I remember her spirit. She did not let adversity get her down. She could polka with the best of them and was a wonderful wife, mom, grandmother and great grandmother. She had the love and support of an exceptional daughter in Maryellen! I truly regret not being there for them. I will always think very fondly of Alice and the old neighborhood.
