Obituary of Eugene Daniel Kretchmer

Kretchmer, Eugene Daniel, Age 89 of Bloomington died peacefully of natural causes on July 11, 2020. He was preceded in death by wife Ramona; parents, Daniel and Bessie; and brother Leroy. Gene was a Korean War veteran and worked for NSP for 38 years.

Survived by brother Richard (Karla) of Clarendon Hills, IL; daughter Jeanine of Bloomington; sons Daniel (Sue) of Lakeville and Michael (Betty) of Prior Lake; granddaughters Bailie (Jon) and Kelly (Dan); great grandchildren Charlotte and Henry; niece Sarah; and nephews Eric and Jeffrey.


Memorial service 11 am, Saturday Aug 15 with visitation 10 am at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S, Edina. Due to COVID-19, masks are required. Private interment. Memorials to NC Little Hospice, Hillcrest Methodist Church, MN Armed Forces Service Center, or charity of your choice.
