Hi Steve,
Jeff Hayes here thinking of your Mom during this month of July...I sent a message on her Facebook profile that you had messaged people of her passing away (pasted below). Unfortunately, I never saw your message announcing her passing so I was indeed shocked when I learned of the sad news. I didn't hear back from you but it doesn't look like you are a big Facebook user so maybe you didn't get notified of my message which was so long after her passing. I was thinking of your Mom today because I found something that reminded me of her and a funny story and your Mom gave me some very wise advice many years ago.
I hope you are doing well. I sure miss my annual (or more) visits with Becky every Summer to catch up. We always met around her Birthday.

Hi Steve, Jeff Hayes here. I am in total shock today...I just found out that your Mom passed away. I had a friend request from Becky (so it seemed) and I went to her FB page and saw your message. I'm seeing a message above on messenger that looks like you sent me a message but I didn't get it or didn't notice that I had a message or what happened. I used to work with Becky at CVN and did lunch with her every Summer to catch up when she was back in MN. I see I sent her happy birthday wishes for her July 12, 2021 birthday (Covid was around yet). Your Mom was my Manager at CVN and we remained great friends all these years. I'm totally bummed to hear this news. This has been a ruff week for me...my best friends brother committed suicide this last Tuesday (lived in Austin, TX) so I really got smacked with bad news this week. I hope you are doing well and my sincere condolences. I so wish I knew about this as I would have attended services.
