Obituary of Eleanor Marie Funk

Eleanor Marie Funk, 84, of Minneapolis, Mn passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at the home of her daughter Lonnie Mundt. Eleanor was born September 30, 1935 in Downer, Mn to Ethel (Reynolds) and David Pender, Jr. Eleanor was united in marriage to Jarrhl Funk on December 17, 1960 in Minneapolis. After living in Killeen, Tx. during the military at Fort Hood they returned to Minneapolis to purchase a home where they lived for 55 years. Eleanor was an avid bike rider and exercise enthusiast. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jarrhl. Daughter Lonnie (Scott) Mundt of Apple Valley, Mn and their children Daniel, Connor (Georgia), Zachary and Aliya. Son Wayne (Kris) of Manila, the Philippines, and their son Kayne. Dave Fowler and his daughters Jessica and Rochelle. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Memorial service to be determined at a future date. Internment at Elkton Cemetery at Downer, MN
