surrounded by her loving family

On May 3rd,2020. Preceded in death by parents

Galen and Mildred Meier, and brother Richard. Survived by sister Darlene (Chuck);sons Jerry and David (Christine), daughter Pam (Bob), grandchildren Alix (Liz), Logan, Brice, Kyle and great grandson Galen. Retired from Washington County social services. She brought much joy to many people that crossed her path. JoAnn liked square dancing,sewing, gardening, baking and spending time with family. She was well loved

and will be greatly missed by many. Please keep JoAnn and her family in your
