Obituary of Maxine L. Brandt

Maxine L. Brandt, age 94, of St. Louis Park, passed away April 9, 2020. Born in New Ulm to Leo Brandt and Leota Folk Brandt. Attended preparatory school for teaching at Miss Wood’s. Obtained both of her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in teaching from the University of Minnesota. Max taught Kindergarten in Mountain Lake and second grade in Saint Louis Park. She enjoyed camping and foreign travel and was fortunate enough to have traveled to all 50 United States, Canada, Mexico and other countries. A special thank you to Kathy Green for all of her support in caring for Max for several years. Private interment, Humboldt Cemetery, Humboldt IA.
