Kole Schoenecker

Obituary of Kole Joseph Schoenecker

Kole Joseph Schoenecker

27 of Savage, beloved son of Keith and Kim (Klocker) and brother of Kory, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2020 with his loving and supportive family at his side. Kole's battle with mental illness and subsequent drug addiction took him from us and from the life of hope and promise he and his family never stopped fighting for.... in the end breaking our hearts into a million little pieces.

Survived by grandmother Pat Klocker, godparents Theresa Dolphin and Dale Studenski, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Ralph and Rita Schoenecker and Joseph Klocker and uncle Mark Klocker.

Kole loved movies, reading, playing xbox live with friends, all sports especially the Minnesota Wild and playing softball with his brother and friends. He enjoyed family gatherings and especially enjoyed spending time with young children, getting them to laugh and showing them how to enjoy the simple things in life.

The family would like to thank his aunt and uncle Theresa and Steve as well as the numerous individuals who helped Kole throughout his journey including the doctors and healthcare staff in Mineral Point Wisconsin. Special thanks to Regions Hospital doctors, nurses, staff, and the LifeSource donor team for the care and compassion given to Kole and our family during the last days of Kole’s journey. The support, love, care, and guidance we have received will never be forgotten.

Kole’s final act in life through organ donation will give hope and promise to others.

Due to the current health crisis and in the interest of safety, a Celebration of Life for Kole will be held at a later date.

To all those out there fighting the battle….. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!

Memorials/Donations in his name are preferred to People Inc Maghakian Place (peopleincorporated.org).

A Memorial Tree was planted for Kole
