Obituary of Susan Hagglund Kempffer

Susan Hagglund Kempffer, aged 62, died on March 19, 2020.

Susie was born to Lu and Russ on Sep 11, 1957, in Duluth. She graduated from Two Harbors High in 1975 and went on to study horticulture, spending many years in California.   Sue was a florist and owner of Imagine That Florist in West Duluth for 22 years, retiring in 2015. Susie deeply loved her kids and family, and enjoyed the outdoors, playing games, gardening and flowers. Susie was joyful, hopeful, generous, and kind. She will be so greatly missed.

She is survived by her fiancé Steve Happy; mother Lu; siblings Willie, Roger, David, Johnny, Tommy, & Lisa; children April (Pedro), Adam, and Aaron; grandkids Kaitlyn, Isabella, Sienna Susan; and many nephews, including Danny (Kristy) & Dennis  Hagglund. Her celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cremation Society of MN.
