I worked with Sue at Fairview Ridges Hospital for a few years and she was definitely one of my favorite pharmacists to work with. Her smile and positive attitude always brighten the shift when it was a busy day. Even on days when she was not feeling well, she always put on a smile. Looking up to Sue, she gave me really great career pointers that I will take with me as I advance in my career. Rest in peace Sue-Sue! Sending prayers and condolences to the family. We truly lost such a wonderful woman.

I will always remember Sue's calm, witty, intelligence and beautiful smile. She was an excellent pharmacist, a good friend, an amazing wife, mother, and grandma and she will be so dearly missed. My sincerest condolences to her family. She was one of the good ones. Soar free Sue! You left a lot of love behind.

If it were not for Sue, I would not have worked for Fairview for the last 41 years. in 1978 I was a young Alpha Chi Omega who recently got into Pharmacy school at the U of M. Sue told me there was a student position open at Lutheran Deaconess and was I believe, the main reason I got the job. I started one week into my Pharmacy education, knowing absolutely nothing about Pharmacy. She taught me a lot during my student years! When Deaconess closed, our small staff was sent to a couple different Fairview sites. We all tried to keep in touch but as time went by, we got together less frequently. Sue was such a kind, caring and sweet woman. She called me “ L’il Sue” and I called her “big Soozer” (she was much taller than I was!) I will never forget you “Big Soozer”!
