Obituary of Elwood Olin

Elwood Olin, 91 died March 16th 2020 peacefully in St. Luke’s Hospital. Preceded in his death  by his wife, parents and four siblings. He is survived by his 3 children. Sons David and Michael, daughter Deb Karasek, three grandchildren, Antonio, Morgan, and Aaron and four great grandchildren Jerzy, Chayton, Summer and Paisley. Elwood was a 20 year veteran of the Air Force where he met his wife Joanne Hjerpe in Duluth. Following his Air Force career, he obtained a position at UMD in facility maintenance, where he retired. Because of Covid-19 the family has postponed services until July 17th, at Gloria Dei Church, Duluth MN.
