Obituary of Jack Delmont Frayseth

Frayseth, Jack D., Age 69, of Minneapolis, passed away March 11, 2020 from Alzheimer's disease. Cooper H.S. Class of 1968.  Preceded in death by son Mark, wife of 35 years Linda (Weinmeyer), parents Robert, Charlene (Carlson), brother Tad (Marcy Schantz). Survived by sons, Eric (Stacy) and Brett; grandchildren Holly and Adam; siblings Don, Pam (Jim) Williams, and Cindy (Jack) Bohler; step-mother, Bella (Knockaert, Erlendson); nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends.
