Elaine Hebeisen

November 2, 1936 – March 11, 2020

Elaine Hebeisen of Arlington, formerly of Green Isle, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Ridgeview Sibley Medical Center.

Elaine was born on November 2, 1936, to Alford and Evelyn (Soeffker) Voigt in Arlington, MN. She was baptized on November 22, 1936 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Arlington, MN. She was confirmed in Christian faith.

On February 20, 1954 she married Alloyd Hebeisen. They shared 56 years of marriage before he passed away in 2010. They were blessed with 5 children.

Elaine enjoyed cooking, gardening, canning, sewing, quilting and especially making baby blankets and bibs. Her biggest love was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Alloyd; parents, Alford and Evelyn; brothers, Duane, Daryl and Kenny.

She is survived by children, Tim (Holly) Hebeisen, Judy (Randy) Wagner, Connie (Barry) Thomes, Shelly (Jeff) Matz, Stacie (Brian) Thomes, 15 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, sisters, LaVonne (Melvin) Byer, Betty Latzke, and Cindy (Lee) Johnson, and many relatives and friends.

A Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Green Isle, on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 am, with visitation two hours prior to the service.
