Obituary of Jean Marie Johnson

Jean Marie (Raddant) Johnson born June 26, 1941 to Marilyn “Fern” & Herbert Paul Raddant in Shawano Wis. passed away in her home Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the age of 78.

“Jean-ious” was very talented, smart & creative. She taught herself to play the organ by ear and had a passionate love for music, meeting new people, decorating, sewing, and flower gardening; always willing to share what she had and gave selflessly to others. Also known for being a great hostess, she loved talking and having a good laugh. She especially loved her grand children and her kitties.

Jean loved to read and was very fond of literature, poetry & meaningful quotes. She loved the following quote; it speaks to who she was and what she wished for the world……. “I hope there are days when your coffee tastes like magic, your playlist makes you dance, strangers make you smile and the night sky touches your soul.”

Jean was preceded in death by her parents “Fern” & Herbert, Brother, David, Daughter, Colleen Fitzgibbons-Hasti and Granddaughter, Ashley Erin Hasti. She is survived by her Husband Curtis R. Johnson of Isle, Mn. Sons, Mark and Pat Fitzgibbons of Isle, Mn. Daughter, Erin Fitzgibbons-Stock (Dan Essery) of Sauk Rapids, Mn. Son-in-law, Wayne Hasti of Brooklyn Park, Mn., Grandchildren, Alexandra, John and Tony, Great Grandson, Liam, nieces, nephews and many other extended family members.

A private family gathering will be held in Jeans memory in respect of her final wishes; she was loved and will be missed deeply.
