Obituary of Lyle Milton Vesey

Vesey, Lyle Milton of Prior Lake, formerly Richfield age 83 passed away peacefully in his sleep due to complications of heart failure and lung disease. Spending 50+ years in the plumbing industry, Lyle always had a joke to tell you when he arrived at the job. For 50 years he loved spending as much time as possible at his Lake Place he built in South Haven Mn. Lyle would head to the swap meet in Annandale in his Big Red Ford every Saturday and buy a truck full of interesting treasures. It didn't matter if he needed it or not, he always found something unique to add to his collection. We also will miss his never ending desire to fix something for us, there was always a project or two he was in the middle of. Lyle was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Joan, parents Milton and Alyce, brothers Gary and Dicky, sisters Pat and Sis. He is survived by his daughters Sheila Elliott Mitchell and son in law Matt Mitchell, daughter Peggy, grandchildren Matt, Julie, Ashley (Brenton), Chelsea (RIley) and Hailey (Ben). Brother Bob (Clarees), Goddaughters, Diane (Greg), Alisa (Steve). Godson Gary (Sue). Services will be Wednesday March 4th at the Cremation Society of MN. 7110 France Ave So. Edina, MN. 55435. Visitation 4-6 pm, service at 6, light dinner to follow.
