Obituary of Dan Battles

Age 59, of Crosslake, passed away suddenly, February 12, 2020. Preceded in death by sister, Lisa Wanous. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 25 years, Colleen; step-daughters, Jamie and Kristin (Matt); grandchildren, Sam, Ashley, and Madison; parents, Bob and Sandy; siblings, Julie (Pete), Rick (Lorna), and Mark (Stacy); nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends. Dan loved life! He always had a smile on his face and could put one on yours. His laugh was infectious and he made sure everyone was having a good time. He enjoyed playing pool with his many friends. He was an outdoors man and exceptional craftsman. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, February 20^th at 5PM at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park with a visitation at 4PM and a reception to follow.
