Thinking of all of you today and wish I could be there. Your mom was such a part of our lives. I remember as kid going to your house on Christmas Eve (I think) and she always had beautiful sweaters for us...the hours it must have taken to make them all! We all wished we would have been there when my dad launched her off the front of the pontoon as he pulled into the dock, I imagine she had a few choice words for him and he still laughed about it years later. We have such wonderful memories of our time with her in Maui and even when she stopped coming she used to send money to buy pizza at Pizza Hut. We would invite her up to our condo to play cards, but she wouldn’t come, then we’d send Kate to ask and a few minutes later she would show up. I love all the memories of our dinners, picnics and card games at the cabin....she was a link to so many good times we had with her and my folks...she will be forever loved and missed.
