Obituary of Lowell Harold Lewin

LEWIN, Lowell H., age 78, of Orono, passed away on January 30, 2020 after a reoccurrence of cancer. Retired 26 year Hopkins Firefighter. Member of the Hopkins Elks Club. Thirty year employee of Sears Roebuck (1990), and worked as a custodian for the Bloomington Schools from 1990 – 2003 when he retired. Preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Ella; siblings, Leona Wandrei, LuElla Pierskalla, Leonard, Lorraine Briese. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Noel Goldman (David) of New Hope, Stephanie Motley (Steve) of Loretto, Alicia Moorleghen (Michael) of Belle Plaine; grandchildren, Kyle and Eric Goldman; Jakob, Olivia, and Hailey Motley; Tyla, Caden, and Nikolai Moorleghen; siblings, LaVerna Martin of Gibbon, LeRoy (Sylvia) of Glencoe, Lawrence of Osakis; along with many relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life 11am Saturday, February 22 at Mt. Olivet Lutheran – West Campus, 7150 Rolling Acres Road, Victoria (952-787-1500) with visitation at church 1 hour before service.
