GUISE, PHILIP R., age 76, of Champlin, passed away on January 23, 2020.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Isabelle; and a brother.  He will be deeply missed by his spouse, Marlys Guise; her children, Stacy Glad, Gary Frandsen, Shelly Moen; grandchildren, Kirby, Spencer, Frank, Charlie, Emma, Marina, Anna; great grandchildren, Elsie and Zoe; sister in-law, Elaine Sampson; many relatives and good friends.
