Obituary of Nellie Milberger

Nellie Milberger, 93, of Hermantown (formerly Cloquet) passed away peacefully January 5th, 2020 at Edgewood Hermantown.

Nellie Norine (Madden) Milberger was born September 1st, 1926 to James and Rachel Madden. She grew up in Scanlon/Cloquet and married the love of her life, Harry Roger Milberger, December 23rd, 1942. Nellie and Harry had 6 children- Susan (Roy) Rowe, Harry Jr, Nancy (Harley) Finnvik, William, Peter, and Norine (Dale) Frey.

Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, 3 sons, her parents, and her 6 siblings. She is survived by her 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her 2 special angels Linda (Albert) Bray and Mary (Randy) Arras.

Nellie’s service will be at the Cremation Society Chapel, 4100 Grand Ave, Duluth, on Saturday, February 1st at 3:00 with visitation at 2:00. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
