Obituary of James E Kappes

James E. Kappes, 63, of Brooklyn Park.   Due to respiratory issues, Jim went into cardiac arrest and passed away surrounded by his family on December 28, 2019.  Survived by parents, James and JoAnn Kappes, siblings, Jody Fiedler, Jackie (Bob) Jasper, and Jennifer (Jim) Weinkauf.  Nieces and nephews, Nicole, Josh (Pran), Jimmy (Tina and children James and Taylin), Sydney (Mason) and Preston.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese Church, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd, Deephaven, on January 10th at 11am with visitation 1 hr prior.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The American Lung Association
