Obituary of Ted Leduc

LEDUC, THEODORE ROLLAND “TED”

Age 86, a longtime resident of Brooklyn Park, passed away on December 12, 2019.

Ted was born on November 28, 1933 in Graettinger, IA, the only child of Theodore and Edna Leduc. Ted was a proud alumni of Dunwoody Institute and served his country in the U.S. Army.

Ted was united in marriage with Janice (Wilken) in 1958, a 51 year union that lasted until her passing in 2009. Their union produced a daughter, Cindy Luedke (Doug Hussman) and a son, Todd Leduc, both of whom survive.Ted found love for a second time, and wed Jeannette (White) in 2011 for eight years of togetherness and travel. In addition to his wife and children, Ted is survived by nine grandchildren (Nick, Adrienne, Chris, Amanda, Samantha, Tommy, Huston, Dylan and Alicia) and three great grand children. Ted’s union with Jeanette blessed him with a loving extended family of four children that includes: John, Gene Jr., Patti (Mike) Paulson and Jim, four grandchildren (Chris, Charlie, Mary and Katie) and five great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 21st, 2019 at 11am at Lutheran Church of the Master, 1200 - 69th Avenue North, Brooklyn Center, with visitation to begin one hour prior to service. There will be a private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
