Obituary of William E Rodier

Rodier, William E. Age 90 of Mpls., passed away Dec. 11, 2019.

Preceded in death by wife, Mary Ann; parents Leo and Mary; sister Patricia.

Lifelong member of Incarnation Parish. Bill spent 22 years as a bartender at Culbertson’s/Anchor Inn and retired from Lifetouch National School Studios. Bill had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great storyteller. He was also a loving brother, father, grandfather and great- grandfather.

He is survived by sisters, Marilee Burns and Dione Stansberry; children, Renee, Kathy (Kelvin), Robin Thorstenson (Steve), Rick (Marie), and Ron (Becky); grandchildren Emily Jones (Fred), John Rodier (Alisa), Amber Quiring, Aric Wilber, Sarah Thorstenson and Tom Rodier; great-grandchildren Josie and Grace Jones; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday, Dec. 19th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and prayer service at 7:00 pm at Waterston Funeral Home, 4343 Nicollet Avenue So, Mpls. Private interment at Fort Snelling.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson’s Foundation Minnesota or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
