Age 69, of Shakopee, passed away surrounded by family on December 12, 2019. Born in Maraval, Trinidad & Tobago to parents, Jadgeo & Camillus Sirjoo on February 22, 1950. She came to the United States in August of 1976 with her husband and eldest daughter. They settled in Oklahoma and moved around to a few places before coming in Minnesota. She had a passion for cooking, baking, and spending time with family. Merle always put others before herself and will be deeply missed. Survived by husband, Francis; children, Karen (Jeremy), Roxann, Maryah (Ryan); grandchildren, Katrina, Elizabeth, Wendy Ann, Alanna, Stefano, & Kyson; siblings,  Pearl, Ann, Wayne, Kate, Leelo, & Anthony “Tony”; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the Cremation Society of MN (1979 Old Hudson Rd, St. Paul) with visitation half hour prior.
