Obituary of Daniel Richard Ellenson

Daniel Richard Ellenson, 71, of Maple, WI passed away peacefully at home on December 8, 2019. 

He was born on September 6, 1948 in Superior, WI to Willis and Doris Ellenson.

He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandpa, brother and veteran!

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ruby (Armstrong) Ellenson; children Jeremy Jorgenson, Superior, WI; Lisa (Jim) Soyring, Maple, WI; grandchildren Dustin, Derek, Marissa and Dylan; two sisters Mary (Clete) Preuss, Scottsdale, AZ; Judith (George) Chacon, Tempe, AZ; and brother Steven (Dorrine) Ellenson, Brule, WI.

A celebration of life will be held at the VFW in Iron River, WI on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to  2:00 p.m. Prayers and tributes to honor Daniel will take place at noon. The family invites you to share your stories, thoughts and prayers to honor Dan as well.

Military honors will be held at the VFW.
