Obituary of Iris Gustafson

Iris Gustafson, 90, of Duluth, died Tuesday, November 26, 2019.

Iris spent her secretarial career at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Iris loved all aspects of nature. She and husband Vern enjoyed traveling, camping, biking, canoeing, square dancing and spending time with family.

Iris was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers and sisters.

She is survived by children, Gregory Gustafson (Gordee Bennett), Steven Gustafson (Diane Erb), Leslie (Gustafson) Hildebrandt (Keith) and Jennifer Gustafson, Oakland, CA; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 16 at 3:00 pm at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth, MN with a visitation beginning at 2:00 pm.
