Obituary of Jerome W. Stuart

age 59, of Mpls, passed away suddenly on Nov. 27, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Jerome (Jerry) and Donna Stuart; uncles, Norman, James & Michael Franks. Survived by brother, David Stuart; aunt, Joannie Franks; cousins Laura (Jim) Peichel and Michael (Nicki) Franks, uncle Randy (Lori) Franks and cousin Halton along with many other friends. Jay also had two very dear friends in Matt P and Dave H. Thank you, Matt and Dave for being there for him. Jay’s true essence was his purity of heart. We feel a huge loss in our lives as a result of his passing. Jay fought with so much perseverance for dignity in a sometimes very hard world. He walked every day of his life with Epilepsy and Asperger’s Syndrome, and no one could have done it more heroically. Jay was a victim of the 630 Cedar Avenue fire in Minneapolis.
