Obituary of ConnieJean Marie Simacek

SIMACEK (Revak), ConnieJean, age 64, of New Hope, peacefully passed away at home on Nov. 14, 2019.  She will be deeply missed by her husband of 40 years, Billy; daughters, Jennifer Revak, Amy Revak (Donald North); grandchildren, Richard and Liam Revak, Chloe and Courtney North; great grandson, Elijah; sister, Colleen Revak-Sheldon; many relatives and good friends.  Visitation 5-8pm Monday November 25^th with Celebration of Life 6:30pm at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park.  www.cremationsocietyofmn.com
