Polikowsky, Samuel B. Age 24, of Minnetonka, passed away Nov. 8, 2019. Lovingly remembered by parents: father, Bruce; mother and stepfather, Ann and Bob Lear; sisters, Hannah (Kyle) and Eleanor (Seth); and brother, Sam Lear; grandmothers, Aileen Quaale, Reva Lear; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
