Obituary of Kathy Bakker

Bakker, “Kathy” (Daraitis) (nee Olson), age 75 of Burnsville, formerly of So MPLS, passed away peacefully on Nov 7, 2019. She loved spending Feb in Sea Grove, FL and making new friends. She is preceded in death by husband, Dick Daraitis; and grandson, Zachary Daraitis. Survived by husband of 44 years, Doug; children, Richard (Suzanne) Daraitis, Dianne (Steve) Rothenbuehler, Michael Daraitis and Jason (Kristin) Bakker; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Delphi Nielsen and Darrah Caldwell.

Visitation 4-6 PM, Celebration of Life 6 PM with Reception to follow on Wednesday, Nov 13 at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S, Edina, MN 55435, 952-924-4100.

Private Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date. Memorials preferred to: Sharing & Caring Hands.
