66, of Burnsville, MN passed away peacefully with her family at bedside on October 22nd. She is the daughter of Donald and Johnnie Franzen. Wife to John Millard, mother to Rachael (Matt) Farahmandfar, Jason Nelson, Jodie (Cody) Horner and Beth (Dan) Leighton, sister to Donna, Joyce & David.
