Obituary of Gloria M Ofsthun

Ofsthun, Gloria M. (Anderson) Born in Minneapolis on 11/29/25 and passed away peacefully on 9/29/19.  Preceded in death by husband, Warren, her parents and 1 sister.  Survived by sister Dorothy, brother John, daughter Beverly, sons Russell, Jeffrey and Douglas, grandsons Christopher (Danielle) and Aaron (Jamie) and great granddaughter Ivy.  In her younger years, Gloria worked at Northrup King, Duncan Storm, Sunshine Biscuit Co. and The Forum Cafeteria.  She really loved being a stay-at-home mom and taking care of her family.  She enjoyed working outside in the yard, home decorating (she had quite the flair!), camping trips, and vacations w/her husband and family.  She loved her kitties- Fluffy, Tammy, Misty and Buffy. She liked to watch old movies and  TV westerns from the 50’s and 60’s - Gunsmoke, Cheyenne, The Virginian, and Big Valley - reruns of Lawrence Welk, and she was an Elvis fan.  No memorial service.  Memorials preferred to your favorite animal rescue organization or donor’s choice.
