Obituary of Phyllis Smith

Smith, Phyllis,

Age 91, of Buffalo, MN. Passed away on October 6, 2019. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, crocheting but most of all Phyllis loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Maurice “Bud” Smith; parents, Frank and Ina Kriss; aunts, Clara Wikel and Bette Grossnickle; uncles, Henry and Erwin Wikel. Survived by her daughters, Cynthia (Sam) Khalil and Molly (Lyn) Payne; grandchildren, Pierre (Kari) Khalil, Elisabeth (Nathan) Arcand, Alexander Payne, Dr. Robert (Karissa) Payne, Christina (Karl) Thinessen and David Payne; special friend, Jack E. Johnson. A special thanks to The Glenn of Buffalo, Buffalo Hospital and Fairview Hospice for their compassionate care to Phyllis and her family.  Private family service will be held at a later date.
