Obituary of Mary Price

Mary Price, 71 of Rosemount, MN, passed away on September 29, 2019 at her home.  She was born on February 29, 1948 to Harv and Genevieve Williams.  

Growing up, Mary lived in Bloomington, MN and Green Bay, WI.  She graduated from Lincoln High School in Bloomington, MN.  After graduation, she worked as a receptionist for an auto supply company where she met her future husband, Ken.  She married Ken in 1968 and they just celebrated their 50th anniversary last year.  

After having children, she became a stay at home mom until her kids were in school.  She began her 25 year career working for Target and held various positions within the company.  Mary retired a few years after her first grandchild was born.  Mary was a devoted grandma to her two grandchildren.  She would often tell them that they were her favorite grandchildren, loved spending time with them, listening to their stories, going on trips or caring for them when they were sick.  Mary enjoyed taking trips to New Jersey to visit family and made sure each of her grandchildren visited Disney World with her.

She is survived by her husband, Ken; daughters Sharyn (Brad), Cindy (John); grandchildren, Kayla and Ryan; brothers, Vaughn and Terry; nephew, Kyle and many relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Fairview Hospice for their guidance and care of Mary.  They would also like to thank the nurses at Minnesota Oncology-Burnsville for their support, care and love.
