Osgar, Richard M. Age 86 of Prior Lake, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side. Survived by loving wife, Bette; their 10 children, Mike (Colleen) Osgar, Jim (Shelley) Osgar, Mary Kay (Greg) Hancock, Jeanne (Paul dec.) Lemke, Julie Pikala, Peggy (Tom) Pieper, Patti (Ward) Coleman, Donna (Bill) Dunsmore, Susie (John) Whaley, John (Tracy) Osgar; 36 grandchildren and 14 great-grand-children; many other relatives and friends. Funeral service Tuesday, September 17th, 11 AM at The Church of St. Michael, 16400 Duluth Ave. SE, Prior Lake. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
