Gillquist, Marian

Age 95, of Frederic, WI. Passed away on September 9, 2019. Born in Fish Lake Township to Oscar and Alma Berggren. Preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Stanley; son, Michael; brothers, Renaldo, Wilfred, Stanley and Harold Berggren and Donald R. Carlson; sisters, Rose, Juliet, Evelyn and Hildur. Survived by daughter, Linda Sellner. Marian was employed by Sears and after retirement they moved to Wisconsin to their lake home where they enjoyed many years together. Marian and Stan enjoyed volunteering at the VA hospital. Marian had a love for reading, gardening, canning, polka dancing and visiting the casino. Celebration of life will be held from 1-3 pm on Saturday, September 21st at Cremation Society of MN, 4343 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55409 (612)825-2435. Interment at Fort Snelling Cemetery.
