Fraser, Richard E. 75, of Eagan, passed on August 19. Predeceased by parents Elwood and Viola Fraser. Survived by wife Mary, children Richard A (Chip) and Kimberly Fraser, granddaughter Brittany, and favorite kitty Fibi. Dick was an avid hunter and model train enthusiast. His quick wit will be missed by everyone he encountered. Private memorial service.
