Obituary of Patricia Lou Lindgren

Patricia Lou Lindgren, 87, of Duluth Minnesota passed away at Solvay Hospice House on August 14, 2019 with her daughter at her side.   She was born on September 7, 1931 in Virginia MN to Louis and Mary (Rom) Champa. Pat graduated from Cook High School in 1949 and on February 16, 1952 she married Lawrence (Larry) Lindgren.  They then moved to Aurora MN where they raised their family.  Upon retirement they moved to Virginia MN and finally Duluth to be nearer to their daughter.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Champa and her sister Vivian Pliml.  She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Larry, daughter Lori (Lloyd) Hautajarvi of Duluth, son Tom (Marcea) Lindgren of Spanish Fort Alabama along with numerous nieces and nephews.

At Pats request, no public service will be held.  Private family inurnment will take place at the Leiding Cemetery in Orr MN. The family would like to thank the staff at both Mt Royal Pines III and Solvay Hospice House for the wonderful care that they provided to Pat during her time there.
