The farther out this gets, the more I realize we should have parted long before we did. Not because I didn't love you, I did. I wasn't able to love myself enough to follow through. Ultimately it was very sad. I miss you. Like signing the do not resuscitate for Bryton, it was one of the hardest things I ever did. Ultimately, I believe you got what you wanted. Death is the only respite for living. Thank you for loving our children. Tell them I love them.

Our youngest daughter Breeshan died 21 years ago today. Wherever you are, hold her & the other babies that were refused in your obituary. We know better. I can only hope that they welcomed you with open arms. You were a good father to them when they were alive. Rest in peace. Much love always.
