Obituary of James Allen Edison

Age 56, of Maple Grove, formerly of New Hope, died July 14, 2019 surrounded by his family and loved ones. Preceded in death by parents, Roy and Marcella and brother, Greg. Survived by wife, Debra; sons, Matthew, Mitchell, Michael; siblings, Adrienne, Mary Jo (Chip), Kris (Steve) Dieter, Liz (Dave) Schleicher, John (Lisa), Paul and many relatives and friends. Jim’s greatest joy was his sons and extended family followed by a love of the outdoors and sports. A special thanks to North Memorial Hospital staff. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 23rd at 10:30 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park with visitation at 9:30 AM and luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred.
