Obituary of Lorraine Marie Pojar

LORRAINE MARIE POJAR, age 94 of Little Canada, MN, passed away in her home on July 3, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Pojar, Sr.; her parents, John E. and Bertha Kaiser; one brother, John Kaiser; and two sisters, Carol (Donald) Diebel and Peggy (Jerome) Kelley. She is survived by two sons, Paul E. (Sheila) Pojar, Jr. and Michael Pojar; two daughters, Rachelle Marie (Michael) Sizemore and Janenne Marie (Ronald) LaMere; grandchildren, Joelle DeLaVega, Laura Noelani Pojar, Rebecca (Kevin) Genzlinger, Michael Richard (Dena Burke) Kosa, Allan LaMere, Brian LaMere, Jonathan LaMere, and Maria LaMere; great-grandchildren, Apollo James Kosa, Ignatius Raphael Kosa, Evan DeLaVega, Mallory Genzlinger, and Abigail Genzlinger. Lorraine was born September 23, 1924 and grew up in St. Paul, MN. She survived the Great Depression telling stories of how awful the struggle was. Yet these hardships created the values she used throughout her life. Her Catholic faith was very strong, praying the rosary for everyone she knew. She devoted her whole life to her loving husband and four children.
