Gibson, Norma

December 2, 1942 – June 23, 2019. Born in England to Norman and Irene Goldrick. Our beloved wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend, fell peacefully asleep on June 23th surrounded by her family and went home to heaven. Norma’s family was very important to her and she took much pride in her 9 children, 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and she will be met in heaven by her beloved husband, William and other family that went before her. Norma took great joy in always giving back to her community. She organized charity events at her place of employment, donated her skills by knitting and sewing items for the homeless and children’s hospitals and was a lobbyist and advocate for the battered women’s shelter. A celebration of Norma’s life will be held on Sunday, June 30^th at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina, MN 55435 (952)924-4100: visitation at 10:30 am with a service at 11:00 am.
