Nielsen, Goldine Jeanette

passed away peacefully on June 11, 2019 at age 96. Born November 4th, 1922 in Polk County, Milltown Wisconsin. Parents Simon Nielsen and Belva Frank. Goldie attended the University of Minnesota, where she earned a degree from the College of Science, Literature, And The Arts. Her studies were Political Science, and Psychology in 1946. She involved herself in many activities though her true enjoyment was discussing politics, Volunteering at Fairview Hospital, fine dining and the theater. Goldine is survived by many friends and extended family who will miss her dearly. Goldie wishes that any memorials be directed to the Boys Club of America or the Minnesota Arboretum. Memorial Services will be held Privately at a later date.
