Obituary of Stephen Wade Olson

Stephen Wade Olson, 63, of Queen Creek, AZ passed away on Sunday, May 26th, 2019. He was adopted by parents Donald and Betty Olson on December 3rd, 1955 in Duluth, MN. Steve graduated from Denfeld High School in 1974 and retired from his career with Minnesota Power in 2008. Steve is survived by his daughter Hannah Olson, son, Zachary Olson, and sister, Kristin Kotiranta, as well as other friends and family.  Steve was known for his love of motorcycles and his kindness. Often sporting a Harley t-shirt, if Steve wasn’t  riding his motorcycle somewhere he could be found watching Vikings football, or spending time with friends and family. His company will be sorely missed. The visitation and memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Cremation Society of MN - Duluth, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00pm at the Powerhouse Bar where Steve liked to watch football or attend Bike Nights.
