Joshua David Bastyr

Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 30th, 2019 in his hometown of New Prague, MN. He lived his life as a loving father, son, brother, partner and friend.

He is survived by his son Hunter Bastyr, parents Pamela Hallum and David Bastyr (Mariah), brother Derek (fiancé Diane Vo), stepbrother Taylor Flicek, grandfather Jerry Hallum, grandmother Evelyn Bastyr, and partner Shawn Novotny.
You will be forever loved, missed and remembered.

Josh is preceded in death by his brother David Bastyr Jr. (died in infancy), Grandmother Marge Hallum, grandfather John J. Bastyr, aunt Debbie (Hallum) Beckius, and uncle John Bastyr Jr.

In lieu of flowers, any gifts will go into a fund towards Hunters future education.

Celebration of Life Honoring Joshua David Bastry Thursday, June 13th from 5:30-7PM at Cedar Lake, 25875 Juniper Avenue, New Prague.
