Obituary of Dana Carlton Drickhamer

Dana Carlton Drickhamer, 61, of Duluth, Minnesota. Lost his battle to Leukemia Thursday morning of May 30, 2019 at Essentia Health, while his close family members were by his side. Dana (Dan) is survived by his wife, Wendy Drickhamer (Hill), his children, Christy (Cody Hendrickson) Israelson (Drickhamer), Ryan (Amanda Mallinson) Drickhamer, Cory (Kaylyn Hamilton) Drickhamer, Calli (dog), Lexi and Kiki (cats), brothers, David, Gregory, Thomas Drickhamer, his grandkids, Dante and Marcus Israelson, Cori Drickhamer, and Isaiah Mallinson. Dana retired from Mielke Electric as an Electrical Engineer and served in the Minnesota Coast Guard for a short time. He enjoyed spending his time visiting friends at his favorite hangout spot, being around his close family and cooking any dish you could think of.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, June 4th at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth, MN 55807 at 12:00 p.m. with a ceremony to follow.

Burial will take place at Lakeview Palmer Cemetery in Duluth Township, MN following the ceremony.

Reception potluck will take place at the Rustic Bar at 5:00 p.m., 401 Central Ave., Duluth, MN 55807. Feel free to bring a dish in remembrance of Dana.
