Obituary of Ronald W. Klein

Ronald W. Klein, age 84, of Duluth, went to be with his heavenly Father on May 28, 2019, at his home, with loving family members present. He was born to William and Helen Klein, on December 15, 1934, in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Surviving him are his wife of 66 years, Constance; sons Rodney and Michael; daughters Colette and Tina; grandsons Stephen, Ryan, Russel, Derek and Brandon; granddaughters Angelic, Bridgette and Amorette; great grandsons Michael Louis, Elijah and Dominic; and great granddaughters Emma, Abigail and Felicia.

Ronald retired from the Dupont Company where he was a sales representative for 30 years. He traveled throughout the United States and received an award for thirty years of accident-free safe driving.

He received the Optimist of the Year Award in South Dakota and was elected Exalted Ruler of the Duluth Elks Lodge #133, 1998-1999. He served honorably in the North Dakota National Guard. His hobbies included photography, playing the guitar, button box accordion, wood carving, cooking and fishing.

Ron was a friend to many, loved by all, and will be sorely missed. God Bless.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 10:00 am at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth, MN with a visitation beginning at 9:00 am.
